Business Development Manager Corporate Services

Dubai | Office-Based | High-Performance Sales Role

We are hiring a serious sales professional.

Flow Corporate Service Provider is a fast-growing UAE advisory firm specialising in company formation (mainland & free zone), Golden Visas, and corporate structuring. We generate a consistent volume of qualified inbound leads and are now hiring a Business Development Manager to own the full sales cycle and convert opportunity into revenue.

This role is for someone commercially sharp, disciplined in pipeline management, and confident closing professional service engagements.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Owning the full sales cycle from qualification to close

Leading structured client consultations

Converting qualified inbound leads into paid engagements

Selling mainland licences, free zone setups, and residency solutions

Managing pipeline and forecasting accurately in CRM

Contributing directly to monthly revenue targets

You are not here to manage accounts.

You are here to close.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum 3+ years UAE sales experience

Proven track record in corporate services, immigration, professional services or similar consultative sales

Demonstrable revenue performance (with real numbers)

Strong consultative selling ability

Commercial confidence and negotiation capability

Discipline in CRM usage and forecasting

If you cannot clearly explain your revenue performance over the last 612 months, this role will not be the right fit.

Compensation

Base Salary: AED 12,000 18,000 (depending on experience)

Commission: Tiered % of gross profit on closed deals

Monthly Performance Bonus for target achievement

On Target Earnings: AED 35,000+ per month for performers
