About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow sales in the luxury fit-out and commercial interiors sector. The role focuses on securing new projects, building client relationships, and managing high-value B2B sales in the premium market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities in luxury retail and commercial interiors.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Manage invoicing, revenue tracking, and collections.
- Negotiate and close high-value commercial deals.
- Participate in industry events and networking activities.
- Maintain accurate client and project information in CRM systems.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Fit-Out, Joinery, Commercial Interiors, or Luxury Furniture/Tiles/Bathroom Fittings.
- Proven record in luxury or premium B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, commercial negotiation, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Process-oriented and results-driven professional.
