Key Responsibilities

Acquire new business across different types of insurance (life, health, general, specialty).

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.

Generate leads through networks, market research, and outreach.

Create and present insurance solutions tailored to client needs.

Meet or exceed sales targets.

Analyze market trends, competitors, and regulations in the UAE insurance sector.

Work with internal teams (underwriting, operations) to ensure smooth policy processes and client service.
