Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to businesses globally via telephone and email to introduce our products and services.
- Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospects to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems.
Requirements
- Exceptional command of spoken and written English.
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, telecalling, or lead generation.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
