Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Zahraa Maadi, Cairo, for a Business Development Manager at Tiye Solutions. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, analyzing market trends, preparing proposals, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions from Tiye Solutions portfolio of web and digital marketing services.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in business development, sales, and lead generation, with a proven ability to close deals and meet targets.
- Experience in client relationship management, communication, and negotiation to build lasting partnerships.
- Proficiency in market research, identifying trends, and developing competitive strategies.
- Initiate,negotiate,and finalize MoUs with universities and educational entities to integrate Tiye Academy's practical training into their curriculum.
- Identify companies seeking to upskill their internal teams and sell them tailored corporate training packages.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, web solutions, and social media services is a strong advantage.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Prior experience in the digital marketing or technology industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
