We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive aggressive revenue growth and market expansion within the HoReCa segment. The role involves leading a sales team, growing existing accounts, acquiring new customers, and working closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
-Drive revenue growth by expanding existing customer accounts and increasing average transaction value
-Identify, acquire, and onboard new HoReCa customers in line with business expansion plans
-Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
-Train, coach, and performance-manage sales executives to ensure consistent high performance
-Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute short- and long-term sales growth strategies
Qualifications:
-Minimum 10+ years of sales experience in the food service industry in Dubai
-Strong experience in the HoReCa segment (mandatory)
-At least 5 years in a sales leadership/managerial role, managing a team of 5+ sales professionals
-Exposure to procurement or marketing within a food service company is an advantage
