We are seeking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to drive market expansion, revenue growth, and strategic client acquisition. The role requires a strong understanding of logistics solutions, B2B sales cycles, and relationship management to support sustainable business growth.

Market Growth & Client Acquisition

  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor landscape, and market opportunities.
  • Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B customers to expand Jeebly's client portfolio.
  • Develop strategic plans to penetrate target markets and sectors.

Revenue Generation & Target Achievement

  • Drive gross profit and shipment volume by achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Secure new contracts and negotiate commercial terms aligned with company objectives.
  • Maintain strong sales performance metrics and reporting discipline.

Solution Design & Client Consultation

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand operational challenges and business requirements.
  • Co-create tailored logistics and supply chain solutions that add measurable value.
  • Coordinate internally with operations and support teams to ensure feasibility and service excellence.

Pipeline & Sales Cycle Management

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Prepare, submit, and negotiate quotations and proposals.
  • Conduct diligent follow-ups and maintain accurate CRM records

Account Retention & Growth

  • Execute CRM strategies to strengthen client relationships and improve retention.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address potential risks.

Conflict Resolution & Service Excellence

  • Handle customer complaints and service-related concerns professionally and amicably.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve service lapses while maintaining high delivery standards.

Brand Representation & Market Presence

  • Represent Company at industry events, networking forums, and trade exhibitions.
  • Build a strong lead pipeline to enhance brand visibility and market positioning.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • 36 years of experience in B2B sales, logistics, or supply chain solutions (Mandatory).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
