The Business Development Manager (Digital Marketing) will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value deals. The role requires a minimum of 5 years experience in digital marketing, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English. This is a full time on site position at Icon Creations 360 Advertising Agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within digital marketing, advertising, and branding services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to drive long term growth.
- Lead end to end sales cycles, including prospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, and marketing teams to develop customized digital solutions that meet client objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging digital opportunities.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and pitches, representing the agency professionally.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful delivery of signed projects.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within a Digital Marketing or Advertising Agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including social media, performance marketing, SEO/SEM, content, and branding.
- Proven track record of closing deals and growing client accounts.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building capabilities.
