We are a fast-growing IT startup building an innovative LegalTech platform that simplifies legal, compliance, and regulatory processes for businesses.
We are looking for a hands-on Business Development Manager who thrives in a startup environment and wants to directly impact business growth.
Your Role
You will lead market entry and expansion in the UAE & GCC, build partnerships, acquire clients, and shape our go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute business development & sales strategy
Identify and close B2B deals
Generate leads via outreach, networking & partnerships
Conduct demos, presentations & negotiations
Build strategic partnerships
Manage CRM and sales funnel
Achieve and exceed KPIs
Requirements
3+ years in Business Development / B2B Sales
Startup mindset, proactive & results-driven
Experience in SaaS / IT / LegalTech is a strong plus
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Fluent English (Arabic is a plus)
UAE business network is an advantage
