Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging with new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and expanding the company's market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a proven ability to execute growth initiatives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within the finance sector to drive growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans that align with company objectives and market trends.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients and partners.
  • Monitor progress on business development activities, track KPIs, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Continuously identify ways to improve business development processes, strategies, and client engagement methods.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 34 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the finance industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other business development software.
