Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Business Development Manager. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and analyzing market trends to drive growth. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and achieving sales targets through effective negotiation and client engagement.

Qualifications
  • Business development and sales skills, with proven experience in identifying and acquiring new clients
  • Market research, trend analysis, and strategic planning capabilities
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with the real estate market in Dubai and understanding of luxury property operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages, such as Arabic, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
