Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing strategic partnerships, conducting market research, and preparing proposals to win new projects. Additional responsibilities will include negotiating contracts, managing client accounts, and collaborating with teams to align business objectives with client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in relationship management, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships
• Experience in market research, identifying opportunities, and formulating effective business strategies
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience within the fit-out, design, or construction industries is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in business tools and software applications is preferred
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieve revenue and growth targets
