About the role:

A Business Development Manager with a payment background leads sales teams to achieve revenue targets by developing and executing sales strategies in the payment processing industry. Key responsibilities include client acquisition and relationship management,

understanding the unique needs of financial institutions, managing sales channels, and collaborating with legal, compliance, and integration teams. The role involves analysing market trends, negotiating complex contracts, and ensuring high client satisfaction,

with a focus on the growth of payment services and digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Development:

Create and implement advanced sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and market share targets within the payment sector.

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, including traditional banks and crypto exchanges, understanding their needs for payment solutions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with legal, compliance, and integration/operations teams to ensure smooth processes for client onboarding and service delivery.

  • Market Analysis:

  • Performance Management:
