Our work sits at the intersection of high-end visual craft and modern, AI-enhanced production workflows. We partner with brands that value taste, storytelling, and long-term collaboration over volume.

The Role

We are looking for aBusiness Development Managerto support our growth through strategic partnerships and high-quality client relationships.

This is apart-time, commission-based role, ideal for someone who already understands the market, has an existing network, and knows how to turn conversations into revenue.

This is not a junior or entry-level position.

We are looking for someone who can operate independently and bring real commercial value.

What You'll Do

Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with the MAVISUALS brand

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners

Lead conversations, pitch ideas, and support proposal development

Close deals and negotiate commercial terms

Collaborate closely with the creative and production teams to ensure alignment

Contribute to shaping our growth strategy in the region

Who This Is For

You might be a strong fit if you:

Have proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships

Understand the creative, media, production, or agency landscape in MENA

Are comfortable working on a commission-based structure

Have an entrepreneurial mindset and operate with ownership

Are confident communicating with senior clients and decision-makers

Prefer flexibility over rigid corporate structures

A formal degree isnot essential.

Relevant experience, network, and results matter more.
