Business Development Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Dubai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include market research, lead generation, proposal development, negotiating contracts, and tracking business metrics to influence strategy and decision-making.

• Strong skills in business development, client relationship management, and lead generation
• Experience in sales strategies, market analysis, and competitive research
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and achieve sales targets
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and business analytics software
• Proven ability to adapt to diverse business environments and work in a fast-paced setting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
• Prior experience in financial services or consulting is an advantage
