Role Description

This full-time, on-site role in Riyadh is for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will identify and create opportunities for business growth by establishing client relationships, conducting market research, and developing effective strategies to expand the firm's market presence. The role involves collaborating closely with internal teams and leadership to support client acquisition, manage proposals, and identify new trends and potential markets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven experience in market research, business planning, and strategic analysis
• Proficiency in project management and client proposal development
• Experience and knowledge of the legal industry and business development strategies preferred
• Adaptability to work in a multicultural and professional environment
• Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in business administration.
• Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Years of experience should be at least 3 5 years.
