NEXA is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. Minimum 4-5 years of sales experience in UAE experience in sales/business development within the digital marketing field is a must. As a key contributor, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a deep understanding of digital marketing, and excel in working independently. Agency experience is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Lead Generation: Generate outbound opportunities to identify and engage prospective clients.
- Qualify leads from various inbound activities, including campaigns, conferences, references, and trade shows.
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through various meetings, events, and lead-generation initiatives.
- Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and attend kick-off meetings.
- Sales Process Management: Understand client needs and provide tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Prepare customized proposals for client presentations and meetings.
- Communication and Follow-Up: Support with answering potential client questions and follow-up call inquiries.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Metrics Tracking: Track and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales metrics to measure performance.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven minimum 4-5 years of UAE experience in sales/business development within the digital marketing field is a must.
- Skills: Solid understanding of sales processes and dynamics.
