Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Dubai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing deals related to company formation services. The role involves daily interaction with potential clients, understanding their requirements, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring a smooth handover to the operations team. You'll also collaborate closely with the marketing and PRO departments to maximize conversions and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
  • Present and promote Noble Core's business setup packages to potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide customised company formation solutions.
  • Follow up with leads, maintain CRM records, and track sales performance.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and setup for clients.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of UAE free zones, mainland regulations, and company formation procedures.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong client relationship management and follow-up discipline.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Fluency in English.

Salary Range

AED 3,000 to 5,000 + Commissions
