Business Development Manager

NXT Interactive is seeking a Business Development Manager for a full-time remote role. The responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients, and maintaining a strong understanding of market trends. This role will involve strategizing to generate new leads, developing proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and achieve organizational goals. The individual will also actively represent the company at industry events and meetings to promote brand awareness and establish partnerships.

• Demonstrated ability in sales, business development, and client relationship management
• Strategic planning, lead generation, and market analysis skills
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
• Ability to work independently, remotely, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Experience in the tech or interactive technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
