Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate new commercial opportunities including retail, office spaces, investment partnerships, and strategic alliances.
- Conduct thorough market research to inform strategy, pricing, and positioning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including investors, brokers, tenants, and corporate clients.
- Prepare compelling proposals, commercial offers, and pitch decks tailored to prospective partners.
- Lead negotiations to secure profitable and strategic commercial deals that align with company objectives.
- Work closely with legal, finance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and implementation.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Monitor commercial pipelines, track key metrics, and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant business development, sales, or commercial experience in real estate or related industries.
- Proven track record of securing commercial deals and achieving business growth targets.
- Strong numerical background with the ability to analyze data and build comprehensive business cases to support strategic decisions
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of the real estate market, commercial trends, and investment dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
