Job Description
To lead the strategic development and expansion of Air freight department. This role is focused on driving business growth, increasing profitability, and expanding market presence by identifying new opportunities and leading commercial initiatives.

Qualifications
- BA in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of UAE experience in the freight forwarding industry, with at least 5 years specifically in air freight.
- Proven track record of developing and growing an air freight department or a significant business unit.
Required Skills
- Excellent knowledge of air freight market dynamics, regulations, and commercial best practices.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and freight management software.
- Has a valid UAE driving license
