About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to support the growth of our investment and brokerage services. This role focuses on client acquisition, strategic relationship development, and deal execution.
The successful candidate will work closely with investors, business owners, and financial institutions, managing opportunities from initial engagement through successful closure.
Professionals with backgrounds in banking, financial services, corporate banking, or relationship management are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for investment and buy/sell brokerage services
- Engage with investors, HNW individuals, and business owners to generate qualified leads
- Lead negotiations and manage transactions from first contact to deal completion
- Build and maintain professional relationships with banks, financial institutions, and strategic partners
- Attend client meetings, networking events, and business development activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure compliant, customized investment solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline and performance reports
Key Requirements
- Background in banking, private or corporate banking, financial services, or relationship management
- Proven experience in business development, institutional sales, or investment-related roles
- Strong professional network and negotiation capabilities
- Results-oriented, professional, and self-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and manage high-value transactions
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Prior GCC market experience is a strong advantage
- Fluency in English is required (Persian or Arabic is a plus)
