Job Description

Location: Saudi Arabia (preferred) or Egypt with frequent travel to KSA

Industry: Consulting | Learning & Development (L&D) | Professional Services

Experience: 510+ years in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy targeting Saudi Arabia.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with senior decision-makers across private and public sectors.
  • Generate leads through market research, outreach, networking, and digital channels.
  • Deliver presentations, capability pitches, proposals, and negotiate terms with prospective clients.
  • Travel to Saudi Arabia for client meetings, workshops, and negotiations when required.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored consulting and L&D solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, close deals, and meet revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with consulting and L&D teams to ensure smooth project delivery and strong client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the Saudi consulting sector.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 510+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition in consulting, HR, L&D, or B2B services.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi business market, culture, and decision-making dynamics.
  • Proven success in lead generation and closing mid-to-large corporate deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel to KSA when needed.
  • Saudi residency or prior work experience in the Kingdom is a strong advantage.
