Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business development strategy targeting Saudi Arabia.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with senior decision-makers across private and public sectors.
- Generate leads through market research, outreach, networking, and digital channels.
- Deliver presentations, capability pitches, proposals, and negotiate terms with prospective clients.
- Travel to Saudi Arabia for client meetings, workshops, and negotiations when required.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored consulting and L&D solutions.
- Prepare proposals, close deals, and meet revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and market intelligence.
- Collaborate with consulting and L&D teams to ensure smooth project delivery and strong client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the Saudi consulting sector.
Qualifications & Experience
- 510+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition in consulting, HR, L&D, or B2B services.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi business market, culture, and decision-making dynamics.
- Proven success in lead generation and closing mid-to-large corporate deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to KSA when needed.
- Saudi residency or prior work experience in the Kingdom is a strong advantage.
