Job Description

At Qashio, we're transforming how businesses manage spending and finance operations. As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in driving our growth by identifying new business opportunities, building your own sales pipeline, and introducing prospective customers to Qashio's solutions.

This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience who enjoys outbound prospecting, engaging decision-makers, and managing opportunities through the sales cycle. You'll be a confident communicator with a professional attitude, strong business acumen, and a consultative approach to helping customers solve operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and other lead generation activities.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers across target industries.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer pain points, business objectives, and operational challenges.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored presentations that clearly communicate the value of Qashio's solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships with prospects and guide them through the sales process from initial outreach to closing.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions within the CRM.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to effectively position Qashio.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within a SaaS, FinTech, or high-growth technology company.
  • Proven ability to generate your own pipeline through outbound prospecting and business development activities.
  • Experience managing a sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through product demonstrations and closing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional, resilient, and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • A consultative sales approach with the ability to understand customer needs and position value-based solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (such as HubSpot or Salesforce) to manage pipeline and sales activities.
