Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business clients/partners to build new pipeline for the company. The candidate will need to be coachable, adaptable and have the perseverance for a startup sales role. They should be able to think critically when making plans, rationalize their ideas and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. They must be ready to implement, fail, iterate, and grow the local sales strategy with the Director of Strategy

Responsibilities

  • Identify client opportunities for hiring developers, or outsourcing software projects
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
  • Full cycle sales role from outreach, discovery, proposals, closing and *some* account management
  • Heavy cold call outreach focused on UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi)
  • Must speak English natively, Preferred Arabic speaking as well
  • Preferred prior sales experience in Dubai market is a must

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-8+ years prior industry related business development experience. Preferred in tech, consulting, SaaS
  • MUST have experience in closing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, focused and goal-oriented
  • Proven knowledge gatherer and executor of successful development strategies

This role is among the first sales positions in the company targeting UAE exclusively, it demands independence, rapid decision making, and a fail fast & fail cheap mindset

REMOTE role in Dubai (Office will open in Q1 2026) - High targets and work expectations

Base salary + uncapped commissions based on experience level
