Job Description

POSITION : BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (SALES MANAGER)

Responsibilities and Duties :

Generate new business opportunities and increase sales for the company's interior fit-out and joinery services.
Identify potential clients in the target market and conduct appropriate research on their business needs.
Develop relationships with prospective clients while maintaining existing client relationships.
Cold call new potential clients, client business referrals, or web leads.
Collaborate with the estimation department to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on time and as agreed.
Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news.

Qualifications :

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business Administration or Sales in interior fit-out in the UAE.
A proven sales track record in the interior fit-out industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
A valid UAE Driving License is a must.
Experience Min. UAE 8 -10 years in the Interior Fit-out industry in the UAE.
Nationality - Open.
Job Location - Dubai.
