Location: London or Dubai remote, but remote means you're the type of person who thrives out meeting clients, attending industry events and closing deals face-to-face.
The Role
We're hiring a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth across our OTC desk. You'll own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, bringing in institutional and corporate clients processing crypto fiat OTC flows. Compensation is heavily commission-weighted with uncapped earnings tied to a percentage of net revenue you generate. This role will only suit salespeople with the required experience, a commission-focused mindset and the ability to onboard clients from day one.
What you'll do
- Source, qualify and close new OTC clients institutions, corporates, funds, payment companies and high-volume traders active in crypto fiat flows.
- Leverage your existing network to build pipeline immediately.
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies using modern sales tools, CRMs, data enrichment software and AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to identify and engage prospects at scale.
- Grow client relationships post-onboarding to maximise volume and lifetime value.
- Feed market intelligence back to trading and product teams.
Must-haves:
- Proven track record selling OTC crypto fiat services (brokerage, liquidity, settlement or payments). You need to know this market inside out.
- An established, demonstrable network of companies currently processing OTC flows (exchanges, payment processors, funds, treasuries, brokers).
- A clear, repeatable methodology for identifying and converting new business leads walk us through your process, tools and results.
- Proficiency with modern sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/ZoomInfo or similar).
- Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate research, outreach and workflow.
- Self-starter mentality this role rewards output, not hours.
Compensation
- This is a heavily commission weighted role paid as an uncapped percentage of net revenue generated. If you need a big base salary to support your lifestyle this is not the role for you.
