Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Business Development Manager. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. Additional tasks include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and collaborating with the internal team to create customized business solutions. The role also involves preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and fostering long-term partnerships to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

• Business Development and Sales Strategy skills, with a track record of achieving revenue targets and building strong client relationships
• Market Research, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning experience to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills for effective engagement with clients and internal teams
• Team Collaboration and Leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate efforts across diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency with CRM tools and business management software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with the local market in Cairo, Egypt, is a plus
• Experience in the technology or creative industries is advantageous
