Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Manager, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal departments to align business goals. The role requires managing complex client accounts, preparing and delivering proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction while consistently meeting revenue targets. The Business Development Manager will also analyze market trends and competition to drive strategic decision-making and expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development, sales, and account management skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven experience in negotiation, presentation, and communication
  • Knowledge of market analysis and developing business strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
  • Experience in the EPC, telecom, or critical infrastructure industry is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic financial modeling is a plus
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are an advantage

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development or sales

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to meet monthly and annual targets

• Experience in preparing proposals and quotations

• Good understanding of customer relationship management

• UAE driving license is an advantage
