Business Development Manager Trade Show Planners (TSP)

Location: Egypt (Hybrid)

We coordinate logistics, accommodation, and travel solutions to ensure companies and their teams have seamless event experiences. Now, we're expanding our scope to offer customer service outsourcing solutions for leading international brands.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying, pitching, and onboarding new B2B clients especially global companies such as Amazon, Expedia, SiriusXM, and others that require customer service or operations support teams.

Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients across global markets who can benefit from our outsourced customer service and operational support solutions.

Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers (HR, Vendor Management, Operations, etc.).

Develop and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and partnership pitches.

Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Conduct regular market research to track industry trends and competitors.

Report on business development progress and pipeline performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or B2B account acquisition, preferably within the outsourcing, BPO, or customer service industry.

Strong network and communication skills to connect with international clients.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and analytical abilities.

Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential.

Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
