Job Description - Business Development Manager/ Commercial Developer Consultancy

Experience (French Speaker)

TTE Gulf Management Consultancy is seeking to hire an experienced Business Development

Manager (BDM) with a strong background in management consultancy or professional services

to drive commercial growth across the UAE and GCC markets.

This role is strictly reserved for candidates who have worked within consulting firms or

professional services organizations offering services such as HR consulting, management

advisory, organizational development, or related consulting solutions.

Applications from candidates whose experience is limited to unrelated industries (e.g., retail,

FMCG, real estate, banking product sales, or non-consulting commercial roles) will not be

considered.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a structured business development strategy aligned with TTE Gulf's

consulting service lines.

Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B opportunities within the UAE and GCC markets.

Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers (CEOs, HR Directors, CFOs,

Managing Directors, etc.).

Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, proposal development, commercial

negotiation, and closing.

Promote and sell consultancy services including HR advisory, management consulting,

organizational development, and related solutions.

Prepare and deliver professional client presentations and commercial proposals.

Collaborate closely with consulting and delivery teams to ensure alignment between client

expectations and service execution.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging consulting opportunities in the

region.

Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and revenue forecasting.

Mandatory Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Senior Commercial Executive

within a management consultancy or professional services firm.

Demonstrated track record of selling consultancy or advisory services within the UAE

market (mandatory).

Strong understanding of the UAE business ecosystem, consulting landscape, and

corporate decision-making processes.Experience managing B2B client relationships across UAE and/or GCC.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and commercial structuring skills.

Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).

Preferred:

French and/or Arabic language proficiency.

Existing network within UAE corporate and SME segments.

Experience selling Business Setup, HR advisory, organizational development, or strategic

consulting solutions.
