Are you a passionate relationship-builder with a deep understanding of the education sector in the GCC upGrad International is looking for a Arabic speaker to join our team as a Partnerships Manager in Dubai.

As a key member of our team, you will lead strategic engagement and expansion of institutional partnerships across Dubai and the wider GCC region. You'll drive growth by onboarding new partners, nurturing long-term relationships, and championing upGrad's value proposition in international education.

What You'll Do:

• Establish and manage strong institutional relationships across the region.
• Onboard new partners and lead agent engagement, induction, and support.
• Act as the regional expert and liaison, ensuring successful performance and collaboration.
• Develop tailored marketing and partnership materials for the GCC region.

What We're Looking For:

• Arabic speaker with strong professional networks in the education sector.
• Proven experience in international student recruitment or partnerships.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep knowledge of GCC education systems and international education trends.
