Main Job Objective:
To lead the strategic growth of the company's revenue by identifying and attracting leading global companies, and securing partnerships with entities and consultants. This role is the primary driver of our business expansion and requires building high-level relationships and closing high-value deals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Growth Strategy Leadership:
- Develop and implement a strategy to target and attract international clients from specific sectors and industries.
- Analyze global and local market trends to identify new growth opportunities and adapt the company's offerings accordingly.
Full Sales Cycle Management:
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline of potential clients.
- Lead initial meetings and consultations with C-level executives to understand their challenges and objectives.
- Craft and deliver compelling, customized technical and financial proposals that highlight the unique value of our services.
- Lead contract negotiations and successfully close deals.
Relationship & Network Building:
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at international conferences and local events.
- Build and maintain a strong network of senior executives, chambers of commerce, and relevant government bodies.
Internal Collaboration:
- Work closely with project management and marketing teams to ensure a smooth and integrated client experience from sales to delivery.
- Provide leadership with regular reports on sales performance and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in business development or consultative B2B sales, with a track record of meeting targets.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi market and regulations related to foreign investment.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior executives.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
