Role Summary

Business Development Manager at Webcraft is a pivotal role designed to
drive growth and forge strategic partnerships that support our long-term vision. This individual will identify new business opportunities, connect with potential clients, and build relationships that foster collaboration and lead to sales conversion.
With the digital marketing landscape continuously evolving, we are looking for someone who is
both commercially astute and digitally savvy, capable of aligning client needs with Webcraft's service offerings. This role will collaborate closely with
sales, marketing, and project delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction, innovative execution, and ongoing revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, cold outreach, and networking.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client challenges and offer tailored solutions from Webcraft's digital service portfolio.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to exceed sales targets.
- Partner with marketing to enhance brand visibility and lead-generation efforts.
- Conduct impactful presentations and service demos to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals.
- Track market and industry trends to proactively adapt outreach strategies.
- Work alongside project managers to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
- Define KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and report on BD activities and outcomes.
- Represent Webcraft at networking events, client meetings, and industry conferences.
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive feedback management.
- Facilitate strategy discussions and mentor junior team members on BD best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within a digital or creative agency.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, content, and social media strategies.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Effective communicator with solid presentation and negotiation experience.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital project management tools.
- Strategic, data-driven thinker with excellent analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and results-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
- Sales or business development certifications are an added advantage.
