Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Co-Founder at 100KCompany. As a Co-Founder, you will actively contribute to the strategic direction and overall growth of the company. Responsibilities include building and enhancing client relationships, developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, performing in-depth market research, and leading initiatives to drive company success. You will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders to forge strategic partnerships, analyze performance metrics, and identify new business opportunities.

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market trends and business performance data
• Exceptional Communication abilities, including negotiation and leadership skills
• Expertise in Sales and Marketing strategy development and execution
• Proficiency in conducting thorough market Research to support informed decision-making
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic vision and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in PR, marketing, brand activation, or market entry strategies is a strong asset
• Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
