What You'll Be Doing
- Building and managing a portfolio of resale listings
- Leveraging your existing off-plan client base into resale opportunities
- Conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and closing deals
- Prospecting for new listings through calls, networking, and referrals
- Staying ahead of market trends, pricing shifts, and buyer behaviour
- Delivering a high level of service from first contact to completion
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in Dubai off-plan sales
- Strong understanding of the local property market
- Confident communicator with solid negotiation skills
- Self-driven, competitive, and commercially aware
- UAE driving licence (preferred)
