Yango Tech is looking for a Business Development Manager in Saudi Arabia to drive enterprise AI partnerships across FinTech, MedTech, AI platforms, data centre infrastructure, and government/city technology.
In this role, you will work directly with enterprise and public-sector customers to identify high-impact AI opportunities, design pilot engagements, and guide transformation programs from concept to production in regulated, mission-critical environments.
You will be responsible for:
- Building long-term account ownership and running full sales cycles for complex, multi-million-dollar engagements in regulated industries
- Developing and executing account strategies across financial institutions, healthcare systems, AI-native companies, data centre operators, and government entities
- Navigating multi-stakeholder environments and engaging ministers, board members, C-level executives, and regulatory teams
- Building and managing a pipeline from pilot engagements ($250K) to multi-year infrastructure and platform contracts ($5M$20M+)
- Embedding with customer teams to understand operational challenges, regulatory constraints, and strategic objectives
- Identifying and qualifying AI use cases across payments, lending, clinical care, autonomous systems, infrastructure, and citizen services
- Partnering with Solution Architects to design pilot programs that demonstrate measurable value while meeting compliance requirements
- Leading executive presentations, technical demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements
- Guiding customers from pilot to enterprise-scale deployment
- Expanding accounts across vertical opportunities and infrastructure modernization initiatives
- Monitoring sector landscapes, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics
- Feeding customer insights back to product and engineering teams
- Contributing to thought leadership and market positioning in the region
You might be a fit if you have:
- 510+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or consulting
- A proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with 6+ month sales cycles in regulated industries
- Experience working with enterprise financial institutions, healthcare systems, government entities, or infrastructure buyers in GCC, MENA, or similar markets
- A background in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth technology companies (strongly preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least one focus area (FinTech, MedTech, AI agents, data centers, or gov/city tech) and willingness to expand across others
- Fluency in English and Arabic
