Job Description

Yango Tech is looking for a Business Development Manager to work with enterprise and government clients in the UAE across FinTech, MedTech, AI platforms, data centers, and public sector organizations. In this role, you will bridge Yango Tech's AI capabilities with customer needs, identifying high-impact opportunities, structuring pilot engagements, and guiding projects from concept to production in regulated, mission-critical environments. This is a strategic business development role combining commercial leadership, technical understanding, and stakeholder management.

You will be responsible for:

Building and owning long-term enterprise accounts and managing full sales cycles for complex, multi-million-dollar engagements

Developing and executing account strategies across FinTech, healthcare, AI-native companies, data center operators, and government entities

Navigating multi-stakeholder environments and engaging with senior executives, regulators, and technical leaders

Building and managing a pipeline from pilot projects ($250K) to multi-year infrastructure and platform contracts ($5M$20M+)

Embedding with customer teams to understand operational challenges, regulatory constraints, and strategic priorities

Identifying and qualifying AI use cases across payments, lending, clinical care, drug discovery, AI agents, infrastructure, and citizen services

Partnering with Solution Architects to design pilot programs that demonstrate measurable value and meet compliance requirements

Leading executive presentations, technical demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements

Guiding customers from pilot to scale, converting successful POCs into enterprise deployments

Identifying cross-vertical expansion opportunities within existing accounts

Monitoring industry and regulatory developments across focus sectors

Sharing customer insights with product and engineering teams to shape roadmap priorities

Contributing to market positioning through industry engagement and thought leadership initiatives

You might be a fit if you have:

510+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or consulting

Experience working with FinTech, HealthTech, AI platforms, infrastructure/cloud services, or government entities

A proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals in regulated industries

Experience selling to enterprise financial institutions, healthcare systems, or public sector clients in GCC, MENA, or similar markets

A background in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth technology environments (preferred)

Deep expertise in at least one focus area (FinTech, MedTech, AI agents, data centers, or gov/city tech), with readiness to expand across others
