The Business Development Manager Embedded Solutions is a leadership role responsible for driving new business
growth and managing key partnerships across loyalty programs, digital platforms, marketplaces, and rewards and
recognition ecosystems. This role involves engaging senior-level stakeholders, identifying emerging opportunities, and
delivering scalable commercial wins that align with the company's vision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with loyalty programs, digital platforms, marketplaces, and
    rewards & recognition partners
  • Drive business development strategy focused on new sales and expanding existing relationships
  • Identify and pursue emerging commercial opportunities in gift card marketing and digital incentives
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including engagement with senior-level stakeholders, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team aligned to business priorities
  • Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to ensure smooth partner delivery and integration
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform growth strategies
  • Own pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting on commercial KPIs

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably within loyalty, marketplaces, or rewards ecosystems

  • Proven ability to engage senior executives and close complex deals

  • Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to growth and strategy

  • Experience leading and developing teams in a cross-functional environment

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant certification preferred
