Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for securing new property management and holiday home contracts across Dubai. This role suits a results-driven professional with strong local market knowledge and proven sales ability.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new property management and holiday home clients in Dubai
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, investors, developers, and brokers
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property assessments
- Negotiate and close management agreements in line with company pricing
- Maintain and update a structured sales pipeline
- Meet monthly and quarterly acquisition targets
- Represent Cara Homes at industry and networking events
- Stay updated on market trends and regulatory requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in business development or real estate sales in Dubai
- Experience in property management or holiday homes is an advantage
- Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with KPIs
- Professional English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
- UAE driving license preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: AED 7,500 per month
- Commission on new contracts, capped per month/quarter
