Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and confident Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing commercial team. This is a hands-on, field-oriented role that requires regular site visits, client engagement at project locations, and close coordination with engineering and operations teams.

The role combines business development, client relationship management, and commercial administration, ensuring seamless execution from first client contact through quotation, job execution, and payment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities across construction, infrastructure, industrial, and logistics sectors.

  • Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients, consultants, contractors, and project owners.

  • Conduct site visits and inspections to understand lifting, transportation, or equipment requirements.

  • Present Al Mutawa's equipment capabilities, lifting solutions, and value proposition clearly and professionally.

  • Work closely with engineering, lift planning, and project management teams to align commercial proposals with technical feasibility.

  • Attend project sites to coordinate requirements, timelines, and execution expectations with client site teams.

  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and key accounts.

  • Prepare and manage quotations, commercial proposals, and cost estimates in coordination with internal teams.

  • Follow up on quotations, approvals, purchase orders (POs), and contract confirmations.

  • Ensure accurate documentation and alignment between client requirements and internal operations.

  • Track invoicing, payment schedules, and outstanding receivables for assigned clients.

  • Coordinate with finance and clients to ensure timely payment collection and resolution of commercial queries.

  • Maintain structured records of client interactions, site visits, quotations, and ongoing projects.

  • Provide regular sales activity updates and pipeline reports to management.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client management, preferably in construction, equipment rental, logistics, or industrial services.

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English is a MUST.

  • Strong willingness and confidence to work on-site, meet clients in field environments, and engage with technical teams.

  • Ability to understand technical concepts related to cranes, lifting operations, or heavy equipment (training will be provided).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and follow-ups simultaneously.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • Valid driving license (preferred due to site visits).

  • Confident, professional, and proactive personality.

  • Comfortable working on construction and industrial project sites while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
