About the Role

We're looking for a driven and curious Business Development Representative (BDR) to fuel our growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. You'll be the first point of contact for prospects and play a key role in building a strong sales pipeline.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, learning about business problems, and turning conversations into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential customers through outbound prospecting (email, calls, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on fit, need, and readiness
  • Schedule discovery meetings and demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and prospect activity in the CRM
  • Personalize messaging to different industries and buyer personas
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine targeting and messaging
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline targets

Required Qualifications

  • 02 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (B2B preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills
  • Coachable, resilient, and motivated by goals and results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Familiarity with SaaS or B2B sales environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
