About the Role
We're looking for a driven and curious Business Development Representative (BDR) to fuel our growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. You'll be the first point of contact for prospects and play a key role in building a strong sales pipeline.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, learning about business problems, and turning conversations into opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers through outbound prospecting (email, calls, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on fit, need, and readiness
- Schedule discovery meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and prospect activity in the CRM
- Personalize messaging to different industries and buyer personas
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine targeting and messaging
- Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline targets
Required Qualifications
- 02 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (B2B preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills
- Coachable, resilient, and motivated by goals and results
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Familiarity with SaaS or B2B sales environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
