Business Development & Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development & Sales Executive with a proven track record in the furniture, interior, and fit-out sectors. The ideal candidate must have strong existing connections with contractors, designers, real-estate developers, procurement teams, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular outdoor sales visits across the UAE. Use existing contacts in furniture, interior design, and fit-out markets to acquire new clients.Identify and close business opportunities with contractors, consultants, and hospitality projects. Present product catalogs, samples, and solutions professionally. Prepare project quotations and follow up on tenders. Maintain strong client relationships and handle after-sales support.Submit daily/weekly reports to management.

Job Summary:

Experience in furniture/interior/fabrication/fit-out.Deep knowledge of the Dubai market and strong connections with designers, contractors, hotels, developers, and B2B clients.Excellent communication in English and Arabic.Immediate joiner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the joinery and custom furniture sector (retail, F&B, offices, hospitality, and high-end residential).

* Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, interior designers, contractors, developers, and procurement managers.

* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements.

* Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the company's joinery capabilities.

* Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure technical feasibility and value-engineering solutions.

* Follow up on leads, conduct site visits, and maintain regular client engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to adjust approach as needed.

* Provide weekly reports on pipeline, sales performance, and client feedback.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2-4 years of experience in business development or sales within interior fit-out or furniture company in Dubai.

* Strong client database and market knowledge in the UAE construction and design sector.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Proven ability to meet sales targets and close high-value projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business

* Existing network with major developers, consultants, and design studios in Dubai and Riyadh.

* Bilingual (English + Arabic)
