Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Dokki. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, acquiring new clients, and expanding our BPO service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the BPO industry
Generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and online platforms
Promote Central Tact's services including telesales, telemarketing, call center, and offshore solutions
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts, and follow up until closure
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met
Maintain accurate sales pipelines and reports
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales
Fluent English Speaker
Resident of Cairo city or Giza city in Egypt
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
Experience in BPO, call center, telesales, or telemarketing is a strong plus
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Strong follow-up and time management skills
