Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients and partners, and promoting Dimois Institute's training programs to targeted markets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to align offerings with client needs. The specialist will manage the sales pipeline, follow up on inquiries, provide professional customer service, and track performance against targets. The role also involves attending meetings, events, and networking activities to expand the institute's presence and support strategic growth initiatives.

- Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation skills and a results-driven approach to expanding the client base and converting prospects.
- Candidates should possess sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in business development, training services, or education sectors considered an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage multiple priorities, and meet defined performance targets.
- Proficiency in standard office and CRM tools; fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
