The Role
We are looking for a
Business Development Specialist who knows recruitment sales inside out and is comfortable doing what most people avoid:
cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach at scale.
Your Job Is Simple And Measurable
- Start conversations
- Qualify real hiring needs
- Book meetings
- Generate revenue opportunities
What You Will Do
- Cold call decision-makers daily (founders, CEOs, HR, Talent leads)
- Run high-volume cold email campaigns
- Prospect and sell via LinkedIn outreach
- Pitch recruitment services clearly, confidently, and without hesitation
- Handle objections without panicking
- Book qualified meetings that convert
- Keep CRM clean and updated
- Follow up relentlessly until you get a yes or a clear no
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Previous experience in a recruitment agency (sales or BD)
- You have sold permanent, contract, RPO, or staffing services before
- Strong cold calling experience
- Proven outbound sales mindset
- Comfortable with rejection and pressure
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Self-driven. No hand-holding
Nice to Have
- Experience selling recruitment internationally
- Strong LinkedIn prospecting skills
- Experience with CRM and sales tools
