In this role, you will assist with monitoring sales activity and supporting internal business processes for the region. Role Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and feedback to help track KPIs and performance.
- Identify and escalate process-related issues, following up to ensure timely resolution.
- Collect market and consumer insights to inform marketing and network development initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help achieve regional goals.
- Participate in training and shadowing opportunities to develop core sales and business development skills.
Role Requirements
- Interest in building a career in sales and business development.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required; PowerBI, Salesforce, or SharePoint are a plus).
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales support is helpful but not required.
