We are currently looking for a highly experienced Business Development professional who can partner with multiple departments to drive increased partnerships and business development. Our ideal candidate will be able to effectively implement a sales development approach that expands our reach, enhances customer relationships, and will actively seek other business opportunities that can drive revenue and differentiate our company.

Objectives of this role

- Develop, implement and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and expansion in line with the company's strategy

- Maintain positive professional relationships with clients

- Monitor sales progress to ensure company objectives are met

- Track all business-related invoices

- Develop the company's identity and enhance its presence

Responsibilities

Present effective, high-level plans to develop growth solutions and businesses for implementation

Promote the company's products or services to potential clients

Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders

Provide ongoing and constructive feedback to other departments

Enhance the brand

Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company's products or services

Skills and Qualifications

- Previous experience in contracting sector

- Previous experience in business development

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration

- Strong knowledge of business growth and sales techniques

- Exceptional project management skills

- Strong communication skills
