Role Description

This is a full time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist. The role involves identifying potential clients and generating leads through market research and networking, and other means of lead generation. Also maintaining professional communication with potential and existing clients, and providing top-tier customer service. This role require traveling within GCC for 50% of time

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years business development experience within events and advertising industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Attention to details and ability to communicate clearly clients requirements to design teams
• Professional User of Powerpoint, Excel
• Effective Communication skills for client interaction and collaboration
• Experience in Lead Generation and identifying potential business opportunities
• Excellent Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Valid UAE driving license is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture or other related field
